Background Programs: We do not allow programs to run continually in the background. This is to minimize system resources used and operational maintenance needed. We do not allow any chat or topsite programs on our servers other than the ones we pre-install for our clients to use. IRC: We currently DO NOT allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Commercial Advertising- Email (SPAM): Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a Productions Soter server or using an email address that is maintained by Productions Soter is STRICTLY prohibited and will qualify your site for immediate deactivation with no refund. Productions Soter will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Additionally claims investigated by Productions Soter about spam from any of our users or users of theirs, will be fined and billed for such work. The fee for such an instance if you are found to be at  fault is $.50 per email sent and up to a $500 fine per incident.

Server abuse: Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to any Productions Soter server or customer of Productions Soter is strictly prohibited. Productions Soter holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Any account the abuses resources and actions are not taken to desist, calls for immediate de-activation without any refund of payments made thus far. Any site using what we deem to be using excessive cpu cycles or any resources that cause strain to other sites may also be offered new terms.

Bandwidth: All sites hosted by Productions Soter have the privilege of unthrottled bandwidth. This means your site is placed on our ultra fast servers and connected to multiple backbones which allow a user to surf your site at unrestricted speeds. If they surf your site using a 56k modem or a 45mbps DS-3, your site will always be reachable. Your are not penalized for the high bandwidth web surfer that creates high traffic spikes. Sites are not restricted to a traffic rate but if your sites monthly usage is above your monthly total allotment you will be asked to upgrade to the next package. We will work with clients to keep their sites alive and fast at all times. Monthly totals for each package are as follows: Budget = 6gig, Standard = 10gig, Advanced = 12gig, Supreme pkg = 15gig, and Reseller pkg = 15gig. Extra bandwidth is billed at $3 per Gig.

Back-ups: Productions Soter performs daily backups on all of our servers to ensure critical files are never lost. Our server software does create daily backups for users sites that you may download on your own, we do not restore a file any user has accidentally deleted or modified. The back-up restoration is for emergency procedures only. Your are advised to backup all of your own files to your local drive. Productions Soter is not responsible for lost data, time, income or any other resource due to faulty backups or non-existant back-ups.

Billing: Payments are due 30 days after acivation date. Accounts 15 days past due will be de-activated. Accounts 30 days past due will be deleted from the server. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed the account in question will be automatically deactivated. You are also requesting us to register your site for you when selecting "new domain" in the order form of our site. We will use register such services for you on your behalf and ensure the correct name servers are used saving you time and money. New sites are registered at InterNic.ca for two years at the rate of $35.00 USD / yr.

Cancellation: Cancellation can be made via email to sales@prodsoter.com. Although no notice is required, and there is no cancellation fee, all fees paid up to the date we receive the notice of cancellation are non-refundable. If cancellation is made within the first 30 days of service all hosting fees will be waved. This does not include fees for domain registration. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason we (Productions Soter) sees fit.

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
